When you submit information through our mortgage assessment form, you do so knowingly and understand that information may be shared with financial institutions to seek a mortgage offer on your behalf.

Minimum documentation typically required includes (non-exhaustive):

• Passport, NIE
• Tax returns
• Credit report
• Bank statements
• Payslips
• Employment contracts
• Rental agreements

If further information is required, it will be because a financial institution has requested it.

How we use and store this information

Any information you provide will be used primarily for applying for a mortgage in Spain or for our financial/legal services. By sending your personal information, you agree that we may share it with third-party financial institutions for the purpose of applying for a mortgage or other related service.

Legal Basis: The processing of your data is based on the performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Data Retention: We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with Spanish legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering regulations), typically for a period of 10 years.

Information is stored securely in third-party CRMs (such as hubspot.com, monday.com), on company-owned computers, or in emails associated with vivafinance.es.
